2018 RESUME, 2019 EXPECTATIONS AND WISHES

Like every year, the Christmas period is the right time to briefly summarize the year that is closing and make some considerations about what’s to come.
I apologize to customers and foreign users because in 2018 I did not have time to publish articles and videos in English, but the GDPR – that surely all European and non-European users know – was very difficult to deal with even in Italian.
I will try to change course in 2019 and to please foreigners, perhaps talking about privacy in Europe.
In the meantime, as always, I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

2017 resume, 2018 expectations and wishes

Like every year, in this period we like to make a brief point of the past situation and future prospects, but above all to make our best wishes of Happy Holidays to Customers, Followers, Friends or simply Curious.

2017 was a difficult but satisfying year, with numbers growing for the fourth consecutive year; as always for those who try to be active on several fronts, some projects have unfortunately had to be postponed (not canceled!) but they have been largely replaced by other and more urgent needs of our Customers.

Our YT channel has definitely exploded, reaching 16,000 views.

2018 will be a very challenging year, the first one will be the new EU Privacy Regulation (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

But now, at least for a moment, enjoy the Christmas period!

English website, news, 2016 resume and wishes

Finally, after severeal requests from our foreign Customers and Followers, comes the new English version of the website, which joins the English Youtube channel active from April 2016.

You can easily reach the English version by clicking on the Union Jack on the top bar or jumping directly to www.studiolegalebalestra.it/?lang=en.

Other new features are available in both languages, as the key “Search here” in the Articles and Videos section, which will facilitate your consultation on the large number of articles posted (for now especially in Italian language) and the new website Policies.

2016 has been full of events (new HQ, new YT channels with more than 2.500 views in 6 months, FB page, English website) but especially rich in job satisfaction for the Firm and of course for our Customers, with a good trend compared to the sector average.

We are at work to build an even better 2017, through the provision of new services and improvement of those already provided, the consolidation of the English language market, the launch of other new features, always having as its goal the satisfaction of the customer, in accordance with our mission: “Act Today, think of Tomorrow.”

NPL management: the Legal ReKovery System

It is well known to all the friends and colleagues operating in banking sector that because of the current economic situation (and perhaps, in some cases, also due to some credit management problems) the collection activity regarding financial credits is moving through NPL recovery.

We are talking, for sure, about true contracts, signed by law and demonstrated by regular and written proofs.

Those obligations are endangering all the banking system, and the ones at risk are the good customer, wich can be now called to solve someone other’s debt with the so called bail-in.

Therefore, a serious, professional and ethical program about the collection of NPL is needed.

The answer, in our opinion, is in developing manufacturing systems (processes, software, hardware), highly refined and industrialized, able to involve all the natural partners (i.e. collection agencies, law firms, contractors, suppliers of information, support to bailiffs).

For this, with passion and expertise the Studio has agreed to be part of the Legal ReKovery project, writing and testing the procedures and forming all the partners involved in the work plan for the legal aspects.

Today, after months of hard work and tests, we can say that we are ready.
